A new niece or nephew

I just realized I don't think I've announced yet that in December we will have either another niece or nephew. Christian and Nina are expecting their second kid sometime mid-December. Joe has already come up with a plan to stay Naomi's favorite uncle - Not pay any attention to the new baby and only play with Naomi. I have to remind him how much he loved holding Naomi as a baby though. He was (and still is) a huge sucker for that girl!

Stage ZERO

MAJOR PRAISE! Our friend Dallas came out to DC at the end of June to go through an intensive holistic nutrition program with my brother and sister-in-law to fight her throat cancer. Dallas found out this weekend after testing that all three of her TUMORS ARE GONE and she has gone from stage 3/4 to stage 0 in two months! We had never even heard of stage 0. Nonetheless, we are ecstatic and now praying for what the next phase of Dallas' life will be.
